Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Do you have a warranty

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, handcrafted jewelry designed to stand the test of time. To ensure your confidence in our craftsmanship, we offer a 1 year warranty from the date of original purchase, covering defects or issues arising from the workmanship of the piece.

Please note that our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear—such as scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones—damage due to improper care, including exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force, or any modifications made by third parties outside of Niirvana
